Meeting Rooms

The main ballroom can seat up to 100 delegates. The Georgian Room situated next door is perfect for up to 12 delegates. These rooms can be hired together or separately. Both rooms have audio visual equipment and are perfect for presentations, staff training or product launches. There is paid parking nearby at Lower Broad Street.

The Lion Ballroom

The room only package includes use of the PA and audio system, WiFi, DVD player, flipchart, projector or 87” TV screen. The size of the ballroom is 112 meter squared plus a stage area which is 19 meter squared. You can supply your own refreshments and use our crockery.

Half Day 8.30 - 12.30 or 12.30 - 4.30 £300 plus VAT

Whole Day 8.30 - 4.30 £475 plus VAT

The Delegate Package

The delegate package includes refreshments for example morning pastries, a selection of sandwiches, quiches, sausage rolls, soup, cake, fruit, biscuits, bottled water and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day. Refreshments are charged in addition to room hire.

Prices start from £16.50 plus VAT per person (minimum of 20 people)

The Georgian Room (4.4m x 5m) is a smaller room ideal for seating between 5 and 12 delegates. Perfect for interviews, one to one meetings, Zoom calls, staff training and hot desking. The room is accessed of Broad Street.

Whole Day 8.30 - 4.30 £90 plus VAT
