Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms available to hire at The Lion Ballroom.

The main Ballroom is available for large meetings seating up to 100 delegates.

The Ballroom is situated on the first floor with access via stairs or lift.

There are toilets and kitchen facilities available, the lower kitchen has a kettle urn and fridge so you are able to make your own tea and coffee if you wish.  We can stock the fridge on request so you can help yourself. Alternativley we can serve tea, coffee and light refreshments according to your needs.

You can hire The Lion Ballroom for a meeting by the hour or by the day.

Measurements -   

Main Ballroom  Floor -    7.08 m x 15.87 m = Total 112.35 m2

                                          23.22 sq ft x 52.06 sq ft = Total 1208.8 sq ft

Stage Area -                      7.08 m x 2.8 m = Total 19.82 m2

                                          23.22 sq ft x 9.18 sq ft = Total 213.15 sq ft

Prices - £50 + VAT per hour Tuesday - Thursday (minimum 3 hours)

             Whole Day Tuesday - Thursday £300 + VAT

             Members price Tuesday - Thursday £35 + VAT (minimum 2 hours)

             Members price whole day Tuesday - Thursday £210 + VAT

The venue hire includes use of chairs and furniture.  We have a selection of tables which include 6ft round tables, 6ft x 2ft 6 trestle tables and 80cm x 80cm square tables and two projector screens.

There is limited availability on a Monday and Friday due to functions over the weekend.  Please contact us if you are interested on either of these days.

Parking available at Lower Broad Street car park paid at the meter.

Wi-Fi available.

The Georgian Room can also be hired in addition and is situated in the same building ideal for seating between 5 and 15 delegates.

The Georgian Room is located on the first floor with access via stairs or lift.

There are kitchen and toilet facilities available and you can hire The Georgian Room by the hour or by the day.

Light refreshments and catering available on request.

Measurements - 4.5 m x 5.7 m = Total 25.65 m2

                           14.76 sq ft x 18.70 sq ft = 276.01 sq ft

                            Ceiling Height 2.9 m

Prices - £15 + VAT per hour (minimum of 4 hours)

             Whole Day £90 + VAT

             Members price £10 + VAT per hour (minimum 2 hours)

The Conference room is situated just off Broad Street in Leominster and can be hired by the hour or by the day. This is a clean light airy room to hold meetings and have training sessions.

It is situated on the first floor and has access via stairs or a lift. There are toilets near by and a fitted kitchen included in the hire rate. 

Measurements - 5.42 m x 10.48 m = Total 56.80 m2

                            17.78 sq ft x 34.38 sq ft = Total 611.27 sq ft

                            Ceiling Height - 2.56 m 

Prices - £15 + VAT per hour (minimum 4 hours) 

             Whole Day £90 + VAT

             Member price £10 + VAT per hour (minimum 2 hours)

The venue hire includes use of chairs and trestle tables.  The tables are 6ft x 2ft 6, there is a break out area on the landing with two circular tables which you are welcome to use for breaks.  This is included in the venue hire.

Parking available at Lower Broad Street car park paid at meter.

If you require catering, this can be arranged at an additional costs to suit any dietary requirements. We also offer colour and black/white photocopying at an additional cost. 

There is no Wi-Fi installed at this venue however you can use your own mobile devices.
