You are invited to join the Friends of Herefordshire Museums and Arts to hear Edward Bulmer talk about his passion for colour and his renovations of grand houses across the country. Edward’s work combines sensitivity for the past with the needs of modern living, using rich colour paints an natural materials to reinvigorate these important bastions of Britain’s heritage.
The lavish Lion Ballroom is a most appropriate venue because Edward helped with its renovation some years ago.
This illustrated talk is the first time that Edward has spoken in Herefordshire about his work, recently beautifully encapsulated in his sumptuous book ‘The Colourful Past: Edward Bulmer and the English Country House’.
